The solution may be to find out the mime type of man pages, then create a=20 =2Edesktop file to handle it and use xdg-settings to set it up. I am think= ing=20 along the lines of: [Desktop Entry] # ...=20 Exec=3D/usr/bin/konqueror %U MimeType=3Dtext/man_page_thing;text/bz2; or similar. However, the problem is that man pages are not a distinct mime= =20 type, but compressed text files. So this may cause konqueror to become the= =20 default application for opening all such mime types - which will be a pain.= =20 Not sure if a default application can be defined on a path basis, whereby o= nly=20 text files in e.g. /usr/share/man/man1/* would be opened with Konqueror. =2D-=20 Regards, Mick --nextPart1605207.BVfoeltmI2 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.19 (GNU/Linux) iEYEABECAAYFAlAvRQMACgkQVTDTR3kpaLZlnwCg6PxWl/KLvkBTv5J1yFhcgP6g +BoAoJpcKt+ka3niMsVO9jn771m2Kxi5 =9ffW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart1605207.BVfoeltmI2--
