I thought that I would need to define explicite= ly=20 USE=3D"apache2_mpms_prefork" and enable or configure this in the apache mod= ules=20 (I couldn't find any configurations related to preforked when I looked). I'm trying to troubleshoot why a dev't machine that also runs a KDE desktop= =20 continues to freeze after a few hours of heavy usage (and repeated reloadin= g=20 of web pages for testing). It usually unlocks itself if left alone over a= =20 coffee break - say after 5 -15 minutes depending on how many desktop apps a= re=20 running at the time. I don't think it is apache that causes it (I'm suspecting KDE of course ;p = ),=20 but it may be one of the things that contributes to it. =2D-=20 Regards, Mick --nextPart4455517.lfrOE56G0S Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.17 (GNU/Linux) iEYEABECAAYFAk59vtcACgkQVTDTR3kpaLbZHQCgsnq6E0egY0Vf6fK6mzIWxOIh pEEAnRNfhGbhjH/+Y4NaHzfZqCyGCSvd =1dfu -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart4455517.lfrOE56G0S--
