Screen Saver:
  prefer blanking:  yes    allow exposures:  yes
  timeout:  0    cycle:  5
...

DPMS (Energy Star):
  Standby: 600    Suspend: 600    Off: 600
  DPMS is Disabled

Are you saying that the radeon driver disable DPMS?
