On two laptops of mine evdev causes untold confusion with the touchpad and= =20 second language selection for the keyboard. I *have* to use the synaptics = and=20 keyboard input drivers. I'm also using mouse (because it doesn't hurt I=20 guess). I tried of course to remove them all and leave evdev initially, but it all= =20 went horribly wrong. Perhaps evdev will catch up eventually, I just hope=20 synaptics and keyboard don't default into being deprecated before then. =2D-=20 Regards, Mick --nextPart2122149.LRWxugnhLt Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.16 (GNU/Linux) iEYEABECAAYFAk1gWXkACgkQVTDTR3kpaLbCmwCfSCZc5j9NTBlnzemcY5Fq8evy PboAnjIB1QvXYk8Jx9JPYk99BftUmtyf =UHLC -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart2122149.LRWxugnhLt--
