  I'm interested in Wind Mobile's Mobile Internet service in Greater
Toronto, which requires this hardware...

  Anyone running it under Gentoo?  How well does it work?  For that
matter, does it work?  T-Mobile in the USA is also UMTS/AWS band, so the
device might also be in use there.
