I think that it'll be a straight forward exercise of using dd to cop= y=20 the Gentoo partition boot record (where I will have installed GRUB) to a fi= le=20 and then save this file in Windows 7 and point to it from C:\boot\bcd. The= =20 latter seems to be the Windows 7 equivalent to WinXP's boot.ini.
