This is what my 02locale file says:
LANG="en_GB"
LC_COLLATE="POSIX"
LC_CTYPE="POSIX"
LC_ALL="en_GB"
I set LC_COLLATE and LC_CTYPE to "POSIX" some time ago to make
konqueror sort the way I expect.
