Hi,

After upgrading avidemux the resulting executable fails to start with:
avidemux2: error while loading shared libraries: libfaad.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

qsearch only knows libffad2...

Am I lost ?

Kind regards,
Meino Cramer

What version of faad2 do you have installed?

methinks you are out of date, faad2 provides /usr/lib64/libfaad.so.2.0.0 and
there is no libfaad.so.1 here
