The user is in all likelyhood running stable, where 0.8.6 is latest. We have had endless discussions this very year on how it is a $BIG_AMOUNT bad idea to mix arch and ~arch. People running stable usually have good reasons for doing so. Switching to ~arch for "just because" is seldom a good reason. -- alan dot mckinnon at gmail dot com
