Yeah, I'll second this. At the very least make sure you "emerge -f" anything you unmerge. To make it easy to re-merge if you break wget. I had one system that specified USE=3D"kerberos" and krb5 kept wanting to pull back in com_err (I think). Also removing com_err seemed to break wget (and curl) on that system so I had to manually fetch some packages. --=20 // Andrew MacKenzie | http://www.edespot.com // GPG public key: http://www.edespot.com/~amackenz/public.key // October. //=20 // This is one of the peculiarly dangerous months to speculate in stocks in. //=20 // The others are July, January, September, April, November, May, March, Ju= ne, // December, August, and February. //=20 // -- Mark Twain, "Pudd'nhead Wilson's Calendar" --96dIhm/ZjrNld+BP Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFJCI5BjxU5dimrJ6MRAjj1AKCD48mgcEGlzJMH9lfsA4EzVThIRgCgoFrr UnSsAv6QL/86vpkdJuT0/gU= =nfyE -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --96dIhm/ZjrNld+BP--
