I'm using 177.70 and a decent kick-ass card on this Dell M1530. Also use the recommended settings from NVidia using nvidia-settings. But performance is still laggy. I have however solved the issue - went back to 3.5.10 (playing is nice but I need to get work done too) -- alan dot mckinnon at gmail dot com
