You should have a 00_vhost.conf unless you decided to alter your files 
drastically?

Add this to /etc/apache2/modules.d/00_default_settings.conf file:

<Directory "/var/www/helpermaster.fr/htdocs">
        Options FollowSymLinks
        AllowOverride All
        Order deny,allow
        Allow from all
</Directory>
================================================
