Not so sure about the knowledgeable part, but here it goes: Some devices are not managed successfully by acpid. You need to either shu= t=20 them down/bring them up by hand or amend your hibernate scripts to do so,=20 prior to hibernation taking place. Modems and USB devices are the usual=20 suspects. If you run out of space it will tell you so in syslog. Now someone more knowledgeable could build this up a bit. ;-) HTH. =2D-=20 Regards, Mick --nextPart8213220.XlVnGnriUU Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBG7iHx5Fp0QerLYPcRAkxoAJ93rEcDt23ks49jyLvkITs43GFW1QCgw5I2 c93kWutMdTPMwq8WUwcJ5iY= =mbQu -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart8213220.XlVnGnriUU-- -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
