This is what equery shows me:
sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.17-r2 (/usr/include/linux/config.h)
So I assume that emerging these headers will sort it out for you. The access
rights are:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 225 Dec 4 2006 /usr/include/linux/config.h
(this is on a x86 32bit system)
