# grep sys-apps/mysql /var/db/pkg/dev-db/mysql-5.0.26-r2/*

?

# grep -h sys-apps/mysql $(portageq portdir)/profiles/updates/*
move sys-apps/mysql dev-db/mysql-init-scripts

So sys-apps/mysql has been pkgmove'd to dev-db/mysql-init-scripts...
