Hi!

Where is a "place to config" timeout for diftfiles fetching from gentoo mirrors?
Sometimes this or that mirror doesn't response, and all process (with retrying)
takes too long time.

You can edit FETCHCOMMAND in /etc/make.conf, there are some commented 
examples. If you use wget, you probably want the -T option.
