Your mails are not getting lost as I do receive copies. I got your 
repsonse to Dale's thread about kate/kwrite at 21:00 local time (GMT

There doesn't seem to be any significant delay there, beyond 5 minutes 
lag at one point - easily ascribed to a full mail queue or other 
routine causes. But the mail certianly isn't getting lost wholesale.
