did you do a make menuconfig from scratch, or did you copy an 
old .config over from a prior release?

It looks like the latter may have happened and your .config does not 
agree with what is actually in the source tree.

Either that or you have a 2.6.19-r4 source tree thaqt is named 2.6.20
