As I have wrote, 'qtconfig' demands 'qt3support' flag.

On my ~x86 system I have qt-3.3.6-r5 and qt-4.2.2 installed and the
only qtconfig I have is /usr/qt/3/bin/qtconfig. I do not have
/usr/bin/qtconfig at all.
