The boot process in my ibm thinkpad laptop always says mtrr overlaps.
The following is the output
$ dmesg | grep mtrr
mtrr: 0xe0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xe0000000,0x1000000
mtrr: 0xe0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xe0000000,0x1000000
mtrr: 0xe0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xe0000000,0x1000000
mtrr: 0xe0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xe0000000,0x1000000
mtrr: 0xe0000000,0x8000000 overlaps existing 0xe0000000,0x1000000
I don't know whether this is a problem. Any suggetstion?
