So, after some good advice from this list I changed mine to: http://192.168.0.3:631/printers/Compaq-HP where, 192.168.0.3:631 is the IP address and port where the server is listening at; Compaq-HP is the name I have given to the server; printers is . . . err, . . . not sure, I assume it is the list of printers = set=20 up on the server. Anyway, also don't forget to allow connections from your client(s) on your= =20 server and your server's firewall. If after setting it as suggested you still can't find your way through, ple= ase=20 post back and I'll look deeper into it. =2D-=20 Regards, Mick --nextPart1650868.voiagx1xpd Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBFD6nA5Fp0QerLYPcRAkDjAKCZdN6Z7O4auGtQ215Sazzt9KORawCgrpun UOP8UWgYXJeAKrhfbUPJmFk= =usdH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --nextPart1650868.voiagx1xpd-- -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
