Oh, it's been a while since I read those docs. Please read the text above Code Listing 5. There are occasions where even I use USE= on the command line because I really want the change to be very temporary. When we on the mailing list tell users to never do that it's because users mostly don't want it to be that temporary. Especially if they find this difference confusing... ;) -- Bo Andresen
