Subject: [gentoo-user] konqueror openssl undefined symbol: OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms_conf
Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2006 21:27:53 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <200608162127.54598.alexander.puchmayr@linznet.at> (raw)

Hi there!

After upgrading to kde 3.5.2 (with all of its subpackages) I can no longer
access to some ssl-protected sites with konqueror. .xsession-errors show

kdecore (KLibLoader): WARNING: KLibrary: /usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.0.9.7:
undefined symbol: PKCS7_content_free
kdecore (KLibLoader): WARNING: KLibrary: /usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.0.9.7:
undefined symbol: OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms
kdecore (KLibLoader): WARNING: KLibrary: /usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.0.9.7:
undefined symbol: OPENSSL_add_all_algorithms
kdecore (KLibLoader): WARNING: KLibrary: /usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.0.9.7:
undefined symbol: OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms_conf

I already reemerged openssl as well as kdelibs, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

Greetings
    Alex
