[gentoo-user] A Word Wrap Script?

Hey is there a word wrap script out there that can, for example, take a plain 
text file with multiple lines > 1000characters long and word-wrap it to an 
arbitrary figure?  I'm looking for something like this:

  $ cat myTextFile | wrap 70
