It doesn't support drag-n-drop, but you can tag the files and then click on 'move' or 'copy'. It supports a lot of virtual filesystems: the local fs, ftpfs, tarfs, undelfs (undeleting files on ext2), fish (ssh), mcfs, and optional smb/cifs support.
