Is this on x86_64????

here is my output from emerge -av audacity (using 2005.1 profile):

ebuild   R   ] media-sound/audacity-1.2.4b-r1  USE="encode mad vorbis" 4,394kB

What gtk use flag are you talking about???  I don't have one.
