Hmm, this is what I get:
hddtemp /dev/hda
/dev/hda: ST3120022A: 41°C
hddtemp /dev/hdb
/dev/hdb: ST380011A: 41°C
M/B Temp: +43°C (high = +17°C, hyst = +0°C) sensor = thermistor
CPU Temp: +37.5°C (high = +60°C, hyst = +55°C) sensor = thermistor
temp3: +66.0°C (high = +60°C, hyst = +55°C) sensor = thermistor
ALARM
What the heck is that temp3 then?
