Hmm... equery behaves different when its output is redirected.
Here's a list without any of the duplicates (symlinks) in /usr/bin.

/bin/cat
/bin/chgrp
/bin/chmod
/bin/chown

/bin/date
/bin/dd
/bin/df
/bin/dir
/bin/dircolors
/bin/dirname
/bin/du
/bin/echo
/bin/env
/bin/expr
/bin/false
/bin/head
/bin/hostid

/bin/touch
/bin/tr
/bin/true
/bin/tty
/bin/uname

/bin/vdir
/bin/wc
/bin/who
/bin/whoami
/bin/yes
/usr/bin/[
/usr/bin/csplit
/usr/bin/expand
/usr/bin/factor
/usr/bin/fmt
/usr/bin/fold
/usr/bin/join
/usr/bin/md5sum
/usr/bin/nl
/usr/bin/od
/usr/bin/paste
/usr/bin/pathchk
/usr/bin/pinky
/usr/bin/pr
/usr/bin/printf

/usr/bin/sum
/usr/bin/tac

/usr/bin/unexpand
/usr/bin/users
The ones in /usr/bin you probably won't need anyway.
