I wonder because it's=20 needed on many machines with an onboard chipset. Well, there are two possibilities, enable this module in the kernel,=20 rebuild and install the modules (attention, this will delete all nvidia=20 or vmware modules), or try building this driver manually and copy it=20 over to the modules directory.
