You can build one from scratch using catalyst, just like the big boys at
gentoo-dev do. I have done so, but it was a bit of a PITA, and time
consuming.

Or quicker would be to unpack the compressed filesystem, change the
startup script and make a new iso. You will need to make it bootable
with the right kernel and so forth.
