It's there, I used the Wiki HOWTO to install Beagle myself quite
recently. Here are my reiserfs kernel settings
[root@hactar ~]# grep REIS /usr/src/linux/.config
CONFIG_REISERFS_FS=y
# CONFIG_REISERFS_CHECK is not set
CONFIG_REISERFS_PROC_INFO=y
CONFIG_REISERFS_FS_XATTR=y
# CONFIG_REISERFS_FS_POSIX_ACL is not set
# CONFIG_REISERFS_FS_SECURITY is not set

You can run Beagle on a reiser3 filesystem.
