Gah! Thanks. The log showed me that I was missing foomatic.
I'm pretty sure I made the same mistake last time I was setting up
printing, and I will again if it isn't documented better. Looks like
apart from the logs the only place foomatic is mentioned is in the
actual ppd file :(
