Hi. I am having problems upgrading to apache 2.4.7 from 2.2.26. It
seems mod_perl and mod_python require <apache2.4 in their ebuilds.
Anyway to fix this or am I stuck with the apache2.2 series? I was doing
this in my normal upgrade process and I postponed this particular mess
for quite a while, but now I have to make a decision one way or the
other.

I am running the unstable gentoo x86_64.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's quite possible that those modules need 2.2. Check upstream? If they're
compatible, then just modify the ebuild and report a bug.

Looks like they don't work with the 2.4 series, so I will just mask that
and go on with my update.

Thanks.
