Two of the eight ports are set aside for transient devices (i.e., laptop when it needs a cable connection). However, when nothing is plugged into the ports, the log fills up with the messages below. Is there an easy method of controlling the messages? - one every 10 minutes, or even better, only on status change? Or would it be easier to get syslog-ng to filter them?
