Subject: [gentoo-user] nautilus locks up when "previewing" audio files
Date: Thu, 09 Feb 2006 15:26:24 +0930 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1139464584.15280.11.camel@orpheus> (raw)
Hi all,
I seem to be getting down to some nitty gritty bugs - which either means
my system is finally stable, or I have too much spare time!!
anyway, every time I "mouseover" a .mp3 file, nautilus locks up. I have
to `killall nautilus` to get it back. If I turn off the audio preview
in preferences, then nautilus doesn't lock up anymore.
what does nautilus use to play audio?
any suggestions?
Many thanks,

Perl itself is usually pretty good about telling you what you shouldn't
do. :-)
