Та же фигня (пол часа назад запустил eix-sync). Думаю, это скоро пофиксят,
и после очередного sync-а проблема уйдёт сама собой.

в 2-х словах: виноват media-fonts/ja-ipafonts-002.03, а конкретно его версия,
а еще конкретнее 2 нуля перед 2. В svn eix'а уже пофиксено, а пока можно
переименовать этот эбилд.

Проверьте наличие свободного места, особенно в директории /var/tmp и /tmp.
Как вариант обновите eix и portage.
