Buen dia,.

Encontre uno que se llama Eclipse XML Editor, quiza lo viste ya pero por si
a las moscas. http://librenix.com/?inode=6410,

Por ahora es lo que he visto.. de resto la mayoria de las personas
recomiendan oXygen
