Kann ich nicht bestätigen. Vllt ist dein cache irgendwie nicht richtig 
konfiguriert:

So wie es aussieht liegt es am Firefox

Habe den X11 Driver auf "nv" gewechselt.

Den Firefox habe ich neu gestartet, er fragt nach 'Sitzung 
wiederherstellen' was ich bejahte.

Darauf hin werden 4 Seiten neu geladen unter anderem die von Wolfgang 
genannte. Diese ist aber nicht die aktive.

Sobald ich den Tab dann aktivieren möchte, raucht X11 ab.

Daran liegt es definitiv nicht, habe auf "nvidia" zurück gestellt.


firefox -safe-mode
Ich habe nur die addons abgeklemmt.

Das selbe Verhalten firefox wird beendet und X11 restartet.

Habe jetzt mal mittels vncserver :1 einen weiteren Server gestartet und 
firefox da drin gestartet. Beim Aufruf der Seite wird firefox beendet 
und der vncserver raucht ab.

strace -o /tmp/firefox.txt firefox

[...]

Auch der vncviewer meldet sich mit
main: read: Connection reset by peer (104) ab

Was auch immer Fehler 104 ist.

Bug im Firefox. Wo kann man den melden?

Wissen wir jetzt wodran es liegt? Mir ist nächmlich grad das gleiche auf 
einer andern Seite passiert. Xorg.log sagt folgendes:

Hallo!

Zumindest FF 3.0.1 unter Windows XP stürzt nicht ab, scheint also auf 
Linux beschränkt zu sein...
