Wenn du überhaupt keine man pages brauchst kannst du auch FEATURES=noman
benutzen.
wenn es sich um größe etc geht gibt es auch noch die FEATURES nodoc und
noinfo. Siehe dazu man make.conf
Eine liste für L10N beeinflusste pakete habe ich spontan nicht gefunden,
jedoch kommst du mit equery hasuse l10n_<LANG> nahe dran.
