Hallo Gerhard,

na da sagt dmesg dir doch schon direkt, was das Problem ist und wie du
es lösen kannst.

Da fehlen einfach noch ein paar Firmware Files, die wohl in
linux-firmware nicht enthalten sind. Aber wenn du dem Link von dmesg
folgst, wirst du die Files erhalten und musst sie nur entsprechend in
/lib/firmware ablegen.
