Nein, geht nur zur Compiletime von SuExec bzw. Apache und kann nicht
nachträglich geändert werden. Der Ebuild unterstützt eine Änderung des
DocumentRoots nicht, d. h. du müsstest den Apache (oder zumindest
suexec2) von Hand mit den nötigen Configure-Optionen installieren.
