Versuch mal tmpfs "manuell" einzuhängen.
Ohne Gewähr: mount -t tmpfs none /dev/shm
Existiert /dev/shm?
usbfs ist übrigens nur ein Pseudo-Filesystem, so wie proc. Allerdings
braucht man auch dafür Unterstützung im Kernel...
