Wahrscheinlich hast Du ein Profil eingestellt, das den 2.4er Kernel
verwendet. Einfach mal das Profil auf ein aktuelles Umstellen...

Wenn man mit Raubkopien Bands wie Brosis oder Britney Spears wirklich
verhindern könnte, würde ich mir noch heute einen Stapel Brenner und
einen Sack Rohlinge kaufen.
