Aber: wenn die maskierte Version nicht mehr als ebuild vorhanden ist,
oder ein anderes Paket eine höhere Version dringend braucht, muss man
da wieder ran.
Gegen den ersten Fall gibts die Lösung, das gewünschte ebuild im
portage-overlay zu halten. Im zweiten Fall muss man entweder auch das
zweite Paket maskieren, was dann zu einer regelrechten
Maskierungswelle führen kann, oder in den sauren Apfel beißen und
alles updaten oder kein "emerge world" mehr machen...

Wenn man mit Raubkopien Bands wie Brosis oder Britney Spears wirklich
verhindern könnte, würde ich mir noch heute einen Stapel Brenner und
einen Sack Rohlinge kaufen.
