Das liegt an udev, der Name ist jetzt abhängig davon, wo die Karte
angeschlossen ist. Du kannst das verhindern indem du 2 leere Dateien
80-net-name-slot.rules und 80-net-setup-link.rules
in /etc/udev/rules.d/ anlegst. Alternativ kannst du beim booten den
Kernel-Parameter "net.ifnames=0" angeben oder in die .config des
Kernels schreiben (CONFIG_CMDLINE).
