Hallöle,

Von wegen die uuid ist unique, ich hab das Problem das beim mir /dev/sda1 und sda2 die gleiche uuid tragen!

Musste daher meine fstab zumindest für diese beiden partitionen wieder auf /dev Benennung umstellen, da sonsten beide auf die gleichen Verzeichnisse gemounted wurden.
Kurioserweise zeigt ein #ls -l /dev/disk/by-uuid die erste partition /dev/sda1 überhaupt nicht an - wieso nicht?
#ls -l /dev/disk/by-id listet sie dagegen auf
Mittels # blkid /dev/sda1 bekomme ich sie dann endlich doch noch angezeigt und kann dadurch feststellen dass sda1, sda2  die gleiche uuid haben!

Ich hätte ja ne Idee wie's dazu kommen konnte: Vielleicht weil ich mal mit DD und auch mal mit partimage eine Kopie von sda1 auf sda2 erstellt habe?
Wie kann ich denn nun eine neue uuid einer der beiden partitionen zuordnen ohne die darauf befindlichen daten zu zerstören oder sichern /wiederhestellen zu müsen.
In der man page von uuid steht was von uuid_generate und auch was von e2fsprogs, aber ich finde keine Parameter in deren Hilfen wie ich das umzusetzten habe. 
Bitte erleuchtet mich, denn ich wandele im Tal der Dunkelheit... :-)

Ok Leute,

hab's hinbekommen, weiß nur leider nicht genau welcher der u.a. Befehle zum Erfolg geführt hat weil sich die geänderte uuid erst nach einem reboot aktualisiert hat. Meine Daten sind jedenfalls noch da. Folgendes hatte ich ausprobiert:

Geschafft, wie ihr seht ist die UUID von sda2 nun anders als vorher. So, und nun trag ich dass mal hübsch in meine fstab ein...
