Das sollte in /etc/conf.d/rc mit der Option RC_NET_STRICT_CHECKING = "no"
entspchrechend geändert werden können.
Zu dem ersten Punkt kann ich leider nichts sagen, da bei mir die IPW3495 als
eth1 erkannt wird und erst wenn ich net.eth1 start aufrufe die aktiviert
wird.
