Ein "Standard-Gentoo" installiert nichts nach /usr/local.

Ich behaupte mal "stripped" oder "not stripped" hat mit dem Problem nichts 
zu tun. Das kannst Du leicht prüfen, indem Du die Lib sicherst und dann mal 
selbst strippst.
