Wie die Log-Meldung schon sagt: Dir fehlt der Frontend-Treiber (Tuner ...).
Bei einer Skystar2 müsste das stv0299 sein.
Im Normalfall werden Frontend-Treiber automatisch aktiviert, solange man nicht
die Option Customize Frontend Drivers aktiviert.
