Du hast aspell-0.60.4-r1 installiert. Das kann nicht zusammen
mit aspell-en-0.5 installiert sein. Oder so ;)
Ich würde aspell deinstallieren und dann neu installieren, also:
emerge -C aspell && emerge -1 aspell
